Mood and energy tracker for students

Rate the day in two taps — and have tomorrow’s plan quietly adjust to the answer.

Check-ins that lead somewhere

Most mood trackers end at a chart. Here, the check-in is an input: mood and energy readings go into the context the AI uses when it builds your next schedule, so a drained Tuesday actually produces a lighter Tuesday plan.

The check-in is deliberately tiny — mood and energy, that is the whole form. Consistency beats dashboards, and a tracker you will fill in daily is worth more than one you abandon in a week.

Yours first, on your device

Plans, check-ins and streaks stay in your browser. They sync to your account only if you choose to sign in, and the Privacy Policy lists exactly what is stored where. There is no ad tracking and no data selling.

The tracker is a productivity input, not a health product: it organises how study days feel, it does not measure, diagnose or treat anything. Export or delete your data anytime from Settings.

Frequently asked questions

What can I track with the check-ins?
Mood and energy for the day, alongside what you completed. Those readings feed the AI context for future plans and appear in your own stats.
Where is my mood data stored?
On your device first. It syncs to your Supabase account only when you sign in, and you can export or delete everything from Settings — details are in the Privacy Policy.
Is this a mental health tracker?
No. It is a productivity check-in used to adapt study plans. It is not a medical device and provides no diagnosis or treatment.

Try it on your own mess

Five tools that cover the whole study loop: plan the work, focus on it, track how you feel, pace toward exams, then check what stuck. They all live inside one app — Locked In — so the output of one tool feeds the next: your Pomodoro runs on blocks from your plan, your streak grows while you focus, your mood check-in shapes tomorrow.
