Cortisol Meter

A 0–100 readiness gauge built from evidence of your week — not from how the morning feels.

Where the number comes from

The meter reads local activity data: completion across the last seven days, streak health, and how many days have gone idle. It buckets the result into LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH and shows the inputs that produced it.

It is a mirror of your own behaviour — the score moves because your week moved. The view runs on your device from your device data.

What it is not

This is a productivity gauge, not a medical measurement. Despite the name, it does not sample, estimate or track cortisol hormone levels, and it makes no health claims — it reflects study activity, nothing else.

The honest purpose: one glance that says “your week says go lighter today” — or “you have room” — before you commit to a plan.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Cortisol Meter measure cortisol hormone?
No. It is named after the stress hormone but measures nothing biological — it is a productivity score computed from your activity in the app.
What data is the score based on?
Seven-day plan completion, streak health and idle days — all stored locally and computed on your device.
What do LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH mean?
They are readiness buckets: how loaded the recent week looks based on your activity. They are informational only and not medical advice.
