Streaks with freezes

The streak counts days you showed up — and the freeze exists because real life also happens.

How a streak survives a bad day

Complete two focus blocks in a day and you bank a streak freeze, capped at two. Miss a day and a freeze is spent automatically — no dialog, no negotiation — so one rough 24 hours does not erase weeks of work.

With no freezes left, the streak resets honestly. The point is not a perfect number; it is making “showing up” cheap to start and expensive to abandon.

Milestones and share cards

Milestone badges mark the streaks worth celebrating, and share cards turn a good run into something you can post — with a referral link if you want to bring a friend along.

Streak data is also signal: it feeds the readiness view and gives the planner context on how consistent the last week really was.

Frequently asked questions

How do I earn a streak freeze?
Complete two focus blocks in a day. Each qualifying day banks one freeze, up to a maximum of two held at a time.
What happens when I miss a day?
A banked freeze is spent automatically and the streak continues. If you have no freezes, the streak restarts from the next completed day.
Do freezes cost money?
No — freezes are earned by studying, not bought. Streaks and the focus timer are part of the free core.
